Waukesha Wrangler Ride — Sunday July 30, 2023

Hosted by: Greg & Melissa Koss

Join us for a Wrangler Ride on Sunday, July 30th departing from our home in Waukesha at 10 AM.

We live close to the New Berlin Trail & will ride west to pick up the Glacial Drumlin State Trail heading west. We are thinking two loops. The shorter would be an out and back on the Glacial Drumlin turning around in Dousman or really wherever. A longer route option going north from Glacial Drumlin on Hwy 18 to connect to the Lake Country trail which heads west out to Delafield and then cuts back south on a connector through Lapham Peak state forest before running into the Glacial Drumlin state trail east back to our home. Approximate mileage on the shorter loop would be 15-25 miles depending on when you turn around with the longer loop just under 40 miles. We’ll have more exact mileage before the ride.

After, we will serve BBQ pork shoulder sandwiches with draft beer, sodas, & LaCroix. Participants are welcome to bring a side item, dessert, or beverage to share.

Directions for the 2 routes will be available through Ride with GPS. The Glacial Drumlin state trail requires an annual or day pass.
