Spring Rally 2025 — Chippewa Falls, WI

Andy and Linda Welcome the Herd to Chippewa Falls for the 2025 Spring Rally!

Friday, May 16

Ice cream Ride to Ramone’s Ice Cream in Eau Claire 2 options. Both will explore some of the best of Downtown Eau Claire’s beautiful riverfront, bike trails and a few of the many Pedestrian/bike Bridges that cross the Chippewa and Eau Claire Rivers. Receive 15% off your purchase just present Cows Business card, (cards will be given out at registration).

Option 1: Out and back to Ramones Ice Cream with a short loop through around Eau Claire’s riverfront bike trails. 26.5 miles

Option 2: A loop ride that brings you into Eau Claire following the Chippewa River into and around downtown. A few miles longer but worth it. 31 miles

JOIN THE HERD for meet and greet at the Chippewa Distillery. 402 W River St. 6-8pm

Dinner on your own.

Downtown and near the Host Hotel options: New Maharaja Indian Cuisine, Anderson’s Chic-n-Fish, Blue Marble Pub, Sheely House Saloon (claimed to be haunted), 3 restaurants inside Market on the River; Valley Burger, Jim Bob’s Pizza and TempAsians, Casa Mexicana, Bressinas Takeout, Wissota Chophouse.

Options outside of Downtown: Lake Hallie Golf Course, Sandbar and Grill, The View, Wissota High Shores Supper Club, Wissota Lodge and Event Center.

Saturday, May 17 — Wear Your COWs Jersey

Mass start at 9am.

3 route options: For the first 14 miles exploring a scenic route around Lake Wissota all routes are together, splitting after that. Each route uses a portion of the Old Abe State Trail, all finishing with a beautiful ride through Irvine Park.

Short: 26 miles. Full loop around Lake Wissota

Mid: 47.5 miles. Jim Falls
Route heads to Jim Falls where lunch is possible at the Just N Tyme Café.

Long: 63 miles. Cornell
Route heads north to Cornell where there are multiple food options for Lunch: Dylan’s Dairy, Silver Wolff, Main Scoop, Moonridge Brewing

Lunch on your own. Options along both the Mid route in Jim Falls and on the Long Route in Cornell. Short route plenty of options in Chippewa Falls. Many food options and Bathrooms are marked on the Cue sheets.

Banquet at Market on the River — 128 W River St. (for those who purchased banquet tickets)

Cash Bar 5:30-6:30, Dinner 6:30-7:30, Annual Meeting 7:30

Donuts Ride to the Old Abe Trailhead shelter in Anson. Coffee and donuts will be provided. 17.5 miles

Breakfast options are available: Chippewa Family restaurant, Bridge Street Brew, Eggbreak Café.
