2024 COWS Membership Registration
With 1 Ticket to Spring Rally Banquet
Use the form below to join COWs or renew your membership for 2024 and receive 1 ticket to the banquet at the Spring Rally May 17-19 in Grafton. Membership is $25 per team, and tickets to the banquet at the Spring Rally are $35 per person.
PLEASE NOTE: Only use the form below if 1 member of your team is attending the banquet and the other is unable to attend. If you’re both attending the banquet (or if neither of you are attending), visit our Membership Options page and select a different membership level.
The deadline to register for the banquet at Spring Rally is April 30th, and no banquet refunds will be provided after that date.
