2023 COWS Membership Registration

With 1 Ticket to Spring Rally Banquet

Use the form below to join COWs or renew your membership for 2023 and receive 1 ticket to the banquet at the Spring Rally May 19-22 in Fitchburg (Madison area). Membership is $25 per team, and tickets to the banquet at the Spring Rally are $35 per person.

PLEASE NOTE: Only use the form below if 1 member of your team is attending the banquet and the other is unable to attend. If you’re both attending the banquet (or if neither of you are attending), visit our Membership Options page and select a different membership level.

NOTE: The last date to register or cancel for the banquet at Spring Rally will be Thursday, April 27. After that date, refunds will not be granted. You may, however, transfer your banquet registration to another couple if desired by sending us an email letting us know who will be taking your place.
